Where I can help
Tell me where your project stands. Start a discussion even if the production files are still being prepared.
Align BOM, Gerber and placement revisions, identify missing details and coordinate questions before production release.
Review project preparationClarify sourcing needs, follow availability and bring proposed alternatives to your authorised engineering contact.
Discuss your material planCoordinate incoming-material issues, first-build checks, rework discussions and the records agreed for your project.
Discuss your buildA closer look at assembly
Bring the details into the discussion: package types, connector orientation, material choices and test coverage.
Package selection, orientation and assembly requirements belong in the released build files.
Lead geometry, handling and inspection requirements should be agreed for each design.
Polarity, mechanical fit and connector orientation need clear assembly notes.
Define component placement, material choices and the required inspection coverage.
Board close-ups are illustrative. Process capability and acceptance criteria are confirmed for each project.

Before the first board
A useful conversation connects your design, material plan and delivery expectations before a build is committed.
How we work together
A straightforward process with a defined owner for open questions at each stage.
Send the product requirements, available files, quantities and target date.
Clarify revisions, sourcing choices and testing needs with suitable partners.
Review pricing, lead time, contracting party and responsibilities before ordering.
Follow agreed milestones, production questions and delivery documentation.
Quality approach
Define evidence and acceptance criteria alongside the manufacturing scope. That makes quotations easier to compare and handovers easier to manage.

Agree the BOM, PCB and placement-file versions used for quotation and production.
Document approved parts, substitutions and customer-supplied material responsibilities.
Specify required inspections, functional checks, fixtures and programming before release.
Agree the reports, labels and packaging to be supplied with the finished build.

Ask HehongHEHONG PCBA is Hehong’s independent sourcing and project coordination service in Shenzhen. Manufacturing is carried out by project-specific partners. The contracting party, manufacturing site and responsibilities are confirmed before you place an order.
Yes, enquiries for prototypes and small batches are welcome. Feasibility, minimum quantities, setup costs and timing depend on the board, materials and manufacturing partner. These are confirmed in the project quotation.
You can request customer-supplied material, partial sourcing or broader sourcing support. Please identify supplied items in the BOM and specify quantities, packaging and expected availability.
Start with your product description, quantity, board status and target date. The initial conversation can identify what is missing. A firm manufacturing quotation may need the released production files.
Inspection, functional testing, programming, sampling, acceptance criteria and required reports are defined for each project. Specialist tests, fixtures and certifications must be confirmed with the selected manufacturing partner.
Yes. Ask to agree confidentiality and file-sharing arrangements before sending sensitive designs. This website has no file-upload service; project files are exchanged separately after the recipient and arrangements are confirmed.
